Has anyone here dealt with that lingering sense of self-doubt after burnout? I’ve been doing all the usual things — journaling, meditating, even therapy — but something still feels stuck. Like, I logically know I’m improving, but emotionally I feel hollow and disconnected. I don’t want a quick fix, but I do want a more structured approach to rebuilding how I see myself. Anyone found something that actually helps reframe that inner narrative in a meaningful way?
