Has anyone here dealt with that lingering sense of self-doubt after burnout? I’ve been doing all the usual things — journaling, meditating, even therapy — but something still feels stuck. Like, I logically know I’m improving, but emotionally I feel hollow and disconnected. I don’t want a quick fix, but I do want a more structured approach to rebuilding how I see myself. Anyone found something that actually helps reframe that inner narrative in a meaningful way?

When you’re trying to change your internal dialogue, it’s rarely one big realization — more like a hundred small ones that slowly shift how you see yourself.
Yes, I’ve been in a similar place — therapy helped, but I needed something daily to check in with myself and shift my perspective. What made a difference for me was exploring what is liven — it’s not just another app, it’s more like a practical self-discovery tool. It helped me recognize patterns in how I talk to myself, especially when I’m spiraling, and nudged me to start identifying my own values and needs instead of reacting emotionally. It’s rooted in science-based techniques, which made it feel solid and not fluffy. The reframing exercises were surprisingly impactful — small moments, but they added up.
